this journal is strictly for potc fandom only. i've loved potc since i watched the film in 2003. i adore the ship jack/tia thoroughly but respect that it's only canon and not really anywhere near the otp that tia/davy is and will always be. i'm working on a huge hunking back story fic that centers on jack escaping beckett and being branded a pirate, to anamaria and how they met, to tia dalma and how she and jack's past relationship was established, back to anamaria and she and jack's reunion after 'at world's end'. i should also add that i absolutely adored the first film, felt the second was okay, and abhorred the third so i'm going to try and write through 'at world's end' as briefly as possible.

while i'm working on my first epic jack sparrow/anamaria centric fic, i'll write some one shots from time to time.

i hope that you enjoy them (those who read and to those who read AND review). i'm currently looking for a beta - so if anyone stumbles upon this entry and would like to beta my fic, please don't hesitate to let me know. this isn't my first time writing but it is my first time giving potc a go.

i sent this un-edited and grammatically hurt to my good friend and she said i had the potential and she is, without a doubt, one of the most honest people i know. so, if i don't have the potential, let's all just blame her, savvy?
