Hotstreak and Harley offscreen, Hotstreak stays the hell away from her, and firewalls go up immediately if it looks like she's gonna come towards him. :/
Hotstreak and Brenda... Hotstreak doesn't seek her out or anything, but he probably runs into her often enough. THEY PROBABLY HAVE CONVERSATIONS WHERE HE'S ALL DORKY and by the end of it Hotstreak's probably forgotten what he wanted to set on fire when he ran into her.
Hotstreak and Pigeon Hotstreak fries any bird that remotely resembles him so uh. They probably don't run into each other offscreen.
Hotstreak and Ted Hotstreak probably goes and fries all of Ted's target things offscreen and probably has accidentally fried something that was not meant to be fried simply because it was close. Or because he got pissed. Something.
Hotstreak and Harry probably don't interact, because Hotstreak thinks he's a boring nutcase loser. :/
Lassiter and Harley uh... Lassie's probably being his awkward self, but he probably seeks her out a lot to talk to her if she's nearby, and stupid weird camp things probably do happen just to make things more awkward. CAN WE SAY HE'S GOTTEN HER NAME, THIS IS SAD. XD

Tobias and Pigeon Tobias probably leaves him alone. He doesn't eat pigeons and they don't interfere with his hunting. So yeah.
