Backtagging: Yes, as long as it doesn't mean having to retcon things. And as long as it's not so far back that I have trouble remembering what was going on.
Threadhopping: Please ask in advance, or keep it short.
Fourthwalling: Generally, no. This may vary by situation.
Offensive subjects: None that I can think of. Just keep things IC.

Hugging this character: Sure! If he likes you, he'll probably freeze up for a moment before figuring out some way to respond. If he doesn't like you, expect to be promptly pushed away.
Kissing this character: Yup. Reaction may vary from surprise to violence, depending on the kisser.
Flirting with this character: Go for it. Don't be surprised if he flirts right back. (Not that he'd mean it, obviously.)
Fighting with this character: That's fine. Just don't expect him to go easy. If it's going to be a major fight, I'd prefer to plot it out beforehand.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): In a fight, I'm okay with almost anything. Just discuss it with me beforehand.
Killing this character: Only if it's plotted out well in advance.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: No. Physically, Axel's a Nobody: his mind and body aren't even made of the same stuff as a human. If you firmly believe your character could pick something up anyway, speak with me.
