mix-n-mismatch, and writing plans

Challenge! woo!

No, not CFTC, although woo for that, too. But copracat has the Namesake Crossover Challenge up and running! Isn't it cool? Don't you want to sign up?

Go read all about it, and in case you need more encouragement and inspiration, come back here and I'll tell you about all the Brians, Kinney and Littrell and Slade and O'Conner, about Justin Finch-Fletchley and Timberlake and Taylor, Peter Parker and Pettigrew, Harry Kim, Potter, Truman, Osborne, Jack Sparrow, Aubrey, O'Neill, Malone, Ray Vecchio and/or Kowalski and Ray Doyle - or hey, Ray Doyle and Allen Francis Doyle. All the more-or-less Alexanders, Luthor and Harris and Krycek. James? Jim? Potter and Norrington and Kirk and Ellison. Susan Ivanova. Susan Bones. Sara Pezzini. Sara Sidle. ETA: for extra extra credit, AJ McLean and AJ Simon. I dare you.

And now I'm going to pretend to be callmesandy and make a list of things I'm going to write, because lists are good and useful, and if I put this down in public maybe I'll feel more organized. motivated. pressured. something.

Things I've Already Started and Truly Mean to Finish

  • the popslash threesome story inspired by something navia said once

  • the Chris-centric AU of doom, aka the harbor story, which I've decided is for merryish's Chris challenge, so it's only ten months late, so far

  • the completely pointless R/S fluff

  • the completely pointless R/S smut that refuses to get smutty because Sirius is standing outside the library being shy (which is to say, out of character, damn him)

  • story for musesfool's psalm challenge

Things I've Already Started and Wouldn't Mind Finishing

  • the JC-the changeling story

  • the JC-the-slut story (that's just the file name, though, he isn't really. I think.)

  • the ginormous plotty Eroica story with the war criminal

Things I Haven't Started But Really Truly Will

  • something for Vera's challenge, see above

Things I Haven't Exactly Started But Would Really Like to Write, or See Written, Anyway, Possibly by Someone Else

  • something for castle_gloria where something nice happens to Klaus

  • plotty Sirius-centric story inspired by an article in the paper about a murder 15 years ago

  • Five Ways Harry Potter (Didn't) Lose His Virginity, including one where for the usual mcguffin mcplot mcreasons, he has to get mcmarried. To McGonagall. Why should Snape have all the fun?

But first, Bill and I are going to play some more Path of the Shell.

ETA2: Tim Drake? Tim Bayliss?
