I sympathize with you about the heat and being cranky (there's a reason I'm living in a -- supposedly -- temperate climate: I want mild summers, not temperatures in the mid-thirties and even higher for weeks. *grrr*) but TiedUp!Sheppard makes many things more bearable. :D

It seems all wrong, doesn't it -- I mean, Sweden. This is not where people go for their beach-broiling holidays. Maybe I should move to Iceland.

But I'm glad you agree that Sheppard all tied up makes things better. thanks!

Yeah. The average highest daily temperature here is 22°C in July, or at least it was, except now we apparently get a new "record breaking summer" every other year or so.

Right! We had proper summers when I was a child. Cardigans in July!

Heh. It's not so much that I'd like it all rainy and cloudy all the time, I just can't function well in temperatures much over 25°. I mean, it's kind of unfair that you now not only don't have any light during winter between the short days and the overcast grey sky, but also unpleasant heat during summer, after having laboriously adapted over many generations to a sunlight-sparse lifestyle in the first place.

22C and a light breeze would get my vote! I don't want to have to wear cardigans all the time or anything, but I would so much rather have to wear cardigans in the evening than have these detestable tropical nights. ugh.

Hee! It's trippy to read back the conversation the husband and I have been having multiple times a day for the last couple of weeks, like this. *g* (Cardigans! Grey, dreary rain!)

Grey, dreary rain today! I am wearing a cardigan. I want to run out and pet the rain.
