True confession of the day: I like adverbs. Maybe I should have put this down for that secret fannish shame meme a while back. I did absorb a lot of the "adverbs are lazy writing" thing, but round about the first time I got into HP, I had an adverb revival, the way people do when they think about writing like Rowling. And now, I just like them. Erm, think of them fondly. I think a well-placed adverb can have a great naivistic effect, though it really works best if they're not used that often. I mean, sparingly.
And now, I write. Or play air piano. one or the other.
