...that someone with bipolar disorder can have mania and depression at the same time? that's mixed episodes...it's a subset of Bipolar 1. I thought I had rapid cycling, but just really really rapid...but it turnes out that's what it is. that makes sense. so if you were wondering why i'm crazy hyper and happy and at the same time, i'm depressed, that's why.
