Sheep man was originally created to heard sheep, not the most interesting of jobs. Day in day out was the same ole thing. He'd lead the flock out into the fields for them to graze...and take naps, float around, occasionally he would harass the flock and try to heard them into amusing designs or shapes. He was also charged with the feed and care of the sheep including everything but the sheering. Considering his design he just wasn't comfortable with it.
The only interesting thing that ever really happened to him on that job was one evening a pack of wolves tried to have their way with the flock. Not being terribly threatened by organic wolves Sheep man stood in the way and in the process was bit by one of the wolves. The static buildup on his wool shocked the wolf and scared the pack away.
Finally something interesting! The following weeks led to him exploring how the static buildup on his wool could be used to control and manipulate electricity. One amusing incident led to him using static electricity to pile all the sheep together in a giant fluffy mass. But as he was a creature that easily grows bored he began to look into other ways he could use this new found ability, that led him to workings at a circuit board manufacturer in the static resistance test sector. It paid significantly better then Shepherding.
But even that wasn't enough for Sheep man. If anything the dull tedium of factory work made him long for the boring days of herding sheep. Still he knew that that job was dull as dirt as well and decided once more it was time for a change of careers. The opportunity would never come to be though as he became infected with the virus Roboenza changing the normally flaky and placid sheepman into a dangerous destructive force. He was entrusted with a piece of Dr. Wily's machine to guard and was later destroyed by Megaman.
Character personality- Sheep Man is...well for the most part he's just a selfish jerk. He's flaky to say the least often losing interest with something not long after he's picked it up be it a job or a hobby.
He is pretty laid back as well, not getting overly concerned with the affairs of others which may be due in part to him never having any friends, he's never been invested enough in any relationship to reach friendship levels and finds that people who are too persistent to make those sorts of things happen are "Trying too hard"
Most importantly he lives by a rule of "Go with the flow" if he has a whim to do something he's likely to do it without much thought about the consequences,
Digimon personality- Elecmon is predictably the opposite of Sheepman, extremely dedicated, devoted and determined when she sets about to a task she does her best to see it through to the end.
She has worked very hard over the years to balance and control her emotions, trying to find a calming and peaceful center so she can better work. When her emotions finally do break through however they tend to run in extremes one way or the other.
She strives under pressure and grows bored without a task to accomplish, a busy body and nosy to a fault where Sheep Man likes to Live and Let Live she prefers to get involved in everyone's business.
Character abilities-
Electopowers: Sheep Man has through practice with his wooly form and his mechanical nature gained power over electricity, either to produce it in bursts or bolts or even absorb it to an extent, he can only handle so much at a time though before he starts to damage himself, luckily his circuits have built up a tolerance.
Cloud cast: Sheepman can both hover and float about like a cloud (Even flying at a low speed) and produce multiple clouds to help distribute his lightning bolt attacks.
Sample RP-
"Are you ever going to come down from there?"
"Sure when I get bored."
Elecmon puffed out her cheeks in irritation, "We've got work to do! How are you ever supposed to contribute to society if all you do is float about?!" She argued.
"Why do I care about society again?" Called the cloud she was shouting at listlessly. A slight breeze blew and the cloud began to drift away.
"Oh no you don't! Get back here! The least you could do is make a post on the D-comm to tell everyone who you are." Elecmon trotted after the cloud insistently.
The cloud parted enough to see a pair of half awake looking eyes, "I wake up in this field, you tell me I gotta help you save the world, and you honestly expect me to be jumping at the idea? You know how much work that is? Go find yourself some other robot." The cloud closed again in dismissal.
"What a selfish jerk!" Spat the Elecmon infuriated that she had been given what may very well be the biggest job in the Digital World...and her partner wanted nothing to do with it.

Yeah right. OK I'm Sheep Man or...whatever. I guess we're saving the world or something? Sounds like entirely too much work for me so I'll just stay out of everyone's way. Go on and get yourselves killed or whatever.

What's the matter? They wanna do their thing that's cool, I'm gonna do my own thing.

...at the moment I'm considering sticking you to a tree with Static electricity and going somewhere else.
