(no subject)
So I decided to unlock my journal, because sometimes I just need to express random thoughts, and Facebook kind of bores me.
- Speaking of Facebook, my uncle posted this awesome song I'd never heard before, despite my love of 80's music. Play the Game Tonight by Kansas. I'm such a sucker for game analogy music. I blame Lost/the Chess musical.
- I kinda want to do that fic meme going around, but I'm a coward when it comes to writing characters or pairings not in my comfort zone. I think I need to work on that.
- Here are some Lost fics I do want to write, but I'm still a little uncertain about:
1. A backstory for Allison Janney's character (who needs a name). Maybe something in the Egyptian era, with the statue? Who knows how old she is.
2. A reworking of the ideas I had for Jacob and Ilana, now that the show disproved my "they were lovers" theory.
3. Speaking of Jacob and the ladies, I already have this way-too-plotty love story growing in my head. I'm all sorts of nervous about this one though.
4. Aaron and David cousin-adventures, but I don't quite have David's character figured out yet. Although I do know that I really want him to be musician buddies with hat-wearing Daniel.
- My head hurts. Just... thought I'd mention that.
