Not really a review, more some questions I have to the people that remember the books better than me. Don't read, if you have not read the books and want to stay unspoiled!
It's really hard to tell without giving away too much, because the differences are mainly interesting in connection with events that have not happened on the show.
What I can say is that Shae's storyline is different. In the book she is not handmaiden to Sansa but to a mentally disabled noble girl, who they have thankfully cut out in the show (she is gang raped in the King's Landing riots, where Sansa was nearly raped on the show). Since you only ever see Shae from Tyrion's POV, that scene with Varys from the last episode is not in the books either.
With Jaime and Brienne it's mostly their time of arrival. They are in King's Landing way earlier than in the book.
At least most of the book/show spoiler talk will be over next season. After book three there are not so many game changers anymore, imho.
That's good to know, and I think it was wise to cut out some of these extra characters. shipperx has told me that Gendry's story in this season was actually the story of yet another bastard son of King Robert. I really don't think we need two of them.
I can't read your review. Oh well.

I hope I can write proper spoilerfree review soon.

In fact, I'm very interested in how the show has differed from the books and would love to know more, but I also don't want to be spoilered.
Tricky.
