Im excited today. I went running and I ran longer than I ever have before, its good to actually see improvement. I stopped conditioning my hair, and Kyle got me some residue free shampoo , wednesday we are going to section my hair so it can dread... that is exciting.
Jordan is back home in Boulder now, he called me last night and we talked for about an hour about weird dreams we have had.. ... I guess things go back to the way they usually are now.
