big news!
we're hitting the 300 strip mark on christmas (or around there, to hell with accurate counting).
in honor of this event, despite the fact that cnn isn't covering it, we're going to put out a calendar for 2007. it'll be a 12-month coil bound 8.5 x 11" (8.5x 17 opened) calendar with all new full color images for every month. AND! AND! Laura and I will both sign them. That's worth ABSOLUTELY NOTHING right now (except if you're selling it to my mom or laura's mom who WOULD pay $0.50 for it) but maybe someday, and when your friends ask you about the signatures you can say you had to stand in line FOREVER and paid $320.
right now we're trying to find out about how many we should order, so if there's interest, e-mail me and let me know so we can get a rough headcount. this doesn't mean you HAVE to order and is in no way binding but the calendar will be bound and snazzy. beautiful full color illustrations by that beautiful and talented laura horning. and. um. witty extras by me.
