Since it's a web drama, it'll be available only on smart phones and pc. Earlier on thursday, i saw a link where i can stream it on line. I wasn't really expecting a lot about streaming it. Since i'll be watching it together with many exo fans on line i thought the stream will lag and i'm so ready for it even though i won't understand because i wasn't expecting for subs. It turned out that there's no need to live stream it because it's ready to watch with english subs on youtube lol.
I watched it exactly 9pm with my cousin who likes exo too. (She's D.O. biased). During the premiere of exo next door, she slept here because we really planned to watch exo next door together XD
Idk how many pinches i got from her while we're watching. lol. She was giggling too much xD
Before i share my thoughts about this drama, I want all of you guys to know that i'm an avid fan of asian dramas. Especially japanese dramas, I always watch jdramas and I always make it a point to watch jdramas every season.
I've been doing that since 4 years ago and it came to the point where criticizing the drama/movie and the actors/actresses acting skills is what i enjoy the most while watching dramas :D
I have soft spot for acting idols too and i was so excited for this mainly because i'm a fan, But don't get me wrong. My review fot this drama will not be bias just because i'm a fan so yeahhh.
First of all, Moon Gayoung is good. REALLY GOOD. My feelings for her changed after watching the first 2 episodes of EXOND lol yah, i admit. I ADMIT! i was bitter and jealous to her since she was paired to Chanyeol in jangsoo shop. Like how can i not, she was paired with my ultimate bias two times!! and despite of that, she got to act with the members of exo. She wins in every aspects of life! The luckiest girl ever!
But yah, like what i've said my feelings for her changed and i'm starting to really like her now *_*
She definitely outshined the exo members in terms of acting but of course it's going to be like that since she's really an actress in the first place. EXO members are good actors too but let's talk about that later C;
Cinematography in korean dramas is always good so i have no problems with that.
The other actors in the drama is good too.
If i'm going to base only on the story line lmao The story is super cliche XD Like you can search "exo next door" on google and you'll probably see fan fictions in results with exactly the same plot.
well to judge the exo members acting skills; I actually have confidence with D.O's acting because we all know how good of an actor he is. I have faith with Baekhyun too because he experienced being in a musical/stage play. But i really can't judge his acting in exond because he's just being himself there. lol. I still can't judge chanyeol's acting too. I need to see more episodes!! But i like the last part in episode 2, i mean, just look at his eyes.
Chanyeol is the complete opposite of his real self in exo next door. I swear. He's too serious for his role but damn when i saw him gazing like that, i can tell that he's good. I still can't see his potential in acting in the first two episodes but i'm so looking forward to see him being completely different than he really is
But actually, it was really Oh Sehun who stand out the most to me among the exo members in exond :D
It was because i wasn't really expecting a lot from him. It's his first time and if you know exo since a long time ago, you'll know that Sehun being the youngest member is really shy. He was really awkward before but he's changing now and i'm so happy for him.
Back to the topic, he did a great job in exond. I like how he delivered his lines it's so natural :)
aaaaaah i really can't wait for tuesday to watch the next episode /o/
