back to school danceee:D
so the back to school dance was last night
i had so much fun! i dressed up as a spanish dancer, but then i went ahead and put a cowboy hat on so i looked like one of those bar-tender wiskey girl type things..:D
the entrance was one i'll never forget. all of us..me, brad, cassey, hayley, lizz, jennifer, and lizz piled in the back of austin's truck across the street. (erika sat in the front seat with him.) Then austin blaired "ladies love country boys" and alll of us screamed YEEE HAWWW right when we pulled up to school...
...well...then the cop flagged us down.. and we were yelling AUSTIN, STOP THERES A COP!...of course his initial reaction is to speed up...going almost 30 over a speed bump with all of us in the back..
so he finally pulls over, and the cop says .."either i kick y'all out, or mayra (our principal) does.."
so we got lucky, and didn't get kicked out..we just told him it wouldn't happen again..
so then we finally got into the dance..and i've come to the conclusion that more than half of the guys in our senior class are gay. The theme was "What do you want to be when you grow up?"...and more than half of them dressed up as girls....cheerleaders, prostitutes, fairies...hermonie granger..
it was indeed interesting.
There was no enchanting romance this time. And i'm happy to say that i'm not dissapointed. I had a really great time just being with my friends. I love them to deathhh
towards the beginning of the night, hayley mentioned something that i thought was interesting...she said "wow, this is like the combination of two groups of friends,..and its going really well."...and i couldn't have agreed with her more.
i think my goal for this year is to get to know people in my class that i never knew before.
