Just a little update.....
Hmmmmm....not too much is new. We are all still sorta sick. We are trying to get rid of this bug that keeps passing around our family. Our cousin Lisa flew my lil cousin Melissa out to Florida for a week and they were staying over in Orlando. I drove to Orlando to pick Melissa up on Thursday. She was bored and wanted to come to my house. Of course we had to stop at The Florida Mall on our way back. I bought some cute cute cute new jeans in a size 7....yay for me! We got home around 9 pm and Andrea and Daniel were watching the Ducks game w/Kelly. Andrea was all excited to see Melissa and for Melissa to meet Daniel. Melissa thought he was way cute so of course Andrea loved that! We went to The Magic Kingdom on Friday but Andrea was sorta bummed that Daniel wasn't able to come with us. We all had a great time anyways! Kelly, Kaelyn, Andrea and I all had a very nice, quiet weekend together. Didn't do too much of anything. We watched some movies....I LOVE 40 Year Old Virgin....and I typically loathe those movies. It was hysterical though. And we spent a bunch of time putting away Xmas decorations. That's the only thing I dislike about the holidays. When it's all over and time to put stuff away. Blech! Kelly and Andrea spent some time yesterday doing yard work. And Kelly worked on Andrea's car a bit. It's a really nice car and she loves it!
I still can't believe my baby is so grown up and that she is driving now! She is going to be getting her license in February. She's soooo excited about it! We told her she couldn't drive to school this year but she will be allowed to next year when she is a senior! Oh my gosh...I can't believe how fast time is flying in our lives! Andrea asked me the other night if I would go prom dress shopping with her....she told me she didn't want to go with any of her friends and that she NEEDS me to go with her since I'm her momma!! She's just so cute! I am sooo happy we have such a strong, close relationship. It means the world to me. The thing is that Andrea confides to me about EVERY aspect of her life. She tells me that she feels guilty if she keeps anything from me. And she always comes to me for advice. I told her that I hope one day she and Kaelyn have the same type of relationship that she and I have. Andrea is the bestest big sister! The funniest thing is that Kaelyn says Daniel is HER boyfriend too! She always comes telling whenever she sees them kissing! Of course they do it on purpose just to bug her! Thank GOD Daniel is a really nice kid. Yes, I hate the fact that he is trying to get into my daughter's pants, but I do have to put that in perspective! Those types of things are NORMAL!! But, he is very respectful and sweet. And, he loves Kaelyn so that's a bonus. He went to Disney with his family for Thanksgiving and he came back with presents for Andrea and Kaelyn! He also gave Kae a cute pair of slippers for Xmas. She loves those things! And, he sometimes brings me swedish fish so, yea, he's a great kid! Andrea is out shopping w/him right now. They are coming home around 4:30 so she can help me w/dinner and she's all excited because he's going to be eating a big Italian dinner with us!
Well.....time for me to get motivated! Have a happy day!

Oh....did I say what Kelly and I got for Xmas from my family? We got $500 in cash from everyone and a GORGEOUS crystal chandelier for our dining room from my mom!! It looks stunning! I can't wait until we get our new dining room furniture!
