the world is a vampire
yet another week has passed by lol it's not like anything amazing happens around here....especially in just a matter of a week. hmm one cool thing going on is at work. see, we have to fix up the lobby for the next show so that the art students can paint a new ugly picture and blah blah blah well anyways, i get to admire the nice eye candy in the lobby instead of being stuck in the gallery and monday was the best haha. today though, i have a feeling that i'll be fixing up the gallery instead of being in the lobby which sux but oh well. what else what else...oh yeah, my old band is getting back together just to finish up recording vocals for our 12" ep thing and then we're gonna go through old demo tracks and live recordings so that we can put them together for a semi "best of" or "see we can sound like shit too" collection cd. We're gonna do 3 record release shows in so cal and hopefully they'll be little diy anarcho punk shows instead of the big lame ones at places like the troubador or the knitting factory in Hollywood. I'm concerned with being around joey and christ is concerned for me but i think i'll be alright.
my other bands first show is coming up in two weeks and i'm very excited about that. hopefully pam will come cuz she's very intimidated by tough looking punks in black. she said she would if i put her on the guestlist and that's what i had already planned on doing even before i brought it up with her. she wants me to invite jeff and although i don't want to, i will. i guess it's the civilized thing to do but more than likely, he won't even show up so it'll all work out in the end. the only problem is not letting my lame self be hurt cuz he doesn't show up...that's how i end up back in this vicious circle with him grrr but not today. i've got better things to do
