fun with kidneys
ok this is getting redicluous. I wake up yesterday thinking that everything is cool, then all out of nowhere i start getting this back pain. I figured take some medicine and lay down it should go away right?...Wrong it gets worse and worse until i cant breathe and my body is shaking. so i finally break down and go to the hospital and sure enough my kidney is gigantic and swollen because it cant empty and the doctors have to run tests because they think i have a large kidney stone. About 15 hours and ten morphine shots later they decide that i dont have kidney stones but instead my ureter just decided that it should grow a bunch of scar tissue and close itself off completely...sweet... off to the operating room. so as of right now i have a tube stuck in my lower back somewhere and i need to go back in and have the tube removed and another precedure that i dont even understand (because i was on morphine while it was explained to me) done, even though i am supposed to be moving to oregon in just two weeks.
