Do you have a name for the guy.
It sounds a bit like someone I know, and if it is, you should tell him to stop taking the piss : because he knows what he's doing.

Althoguht its not like him to misquote the source books.

It is Andrew Brown. He's the guy that played the Tremere who liked to discuss Thaumaturgy openly in court and teleported around using a matter panel.

How about OKing the character, and the telling him he was jobbed on the way to Middlesbrough?

If he was part of ItterationX, they would have no problem finding him what so ever.
