Yes I have. Silent Hill. That was amazing from beginning to end. And i did enjoy X3 alot, but again... too short. They coulda fleshed out the plot more, is mainly what I'm sayin. For instance "I can't believe this thing ever fit me" to quote Beast. Yet there's hardly a word to imply that he was in the Xmen. And since Colossus was in X2, and X3 why is it that no one (other than the X fans) knows who he is? At least he played a larger part in X3 though. The effects were indeed spectacular, and all the mutants were amazing, but there were so many that played larger roles thet just felt... diminshed to me.
Though, to berate stupid people... I've heard complaints that X3 was boring WTF!!! it was non-stop action! How many other movies is an entire *$&%^# lifted up, and then dropped to make easy access to something?
And DUDE! Juggernaut..... that was unexpected (for me) and WWWWWAAAAYYY cool. Specially the chase... or race if you prefer he and another took part in. that was spiffy.
Mainly, it felt... rushed. Another 30 minutes could have explained Logan and McCoy's ...chemistry (for lack of knowing how to spell a better word)
I've also got issues that the trilogy kinda crapped on. Like Gambit and Rogue... no ice man... GAMBIT! stupid ice boy screwing things up...
Course... you're right, in my perfect world, each comic would be a movie or at least episode in itself. I'd gladly fork over the millions it would take to watch em all. and it wasn't completely unlike the comic... But I'm a perfectionist... I wanted the comic transposed to film. Though I know that just about can't happen.
