Thirty-Second.

Oh, hey. I had kinda given up on the whole roommate thing, and then all of a sudden I have a roommate again! All right! I can't wait! Hope roommate #3 lasts for a while longer than the other two.

So the guy's name is Cooro.

...wait. Cooro's back?

...

Hey, welcome back, Cooro! Guess who's your new roommate!

deja vu, sheena, cooro, roommate, rita, nall

Why am I an idiot this time?

If you can't figure that out, then you're really an idiot.

Okay, fine, so maybe I am an idiot...

Now will you explain it?
What's so idiotic about greeting a friend and being excited about having him as a roommate?

Your reaction rate was laughable. That slowness gives off the impression that you're, as you halfheartedly admitted, what you are. Try thinking before blurting out words that come to your head.

I uh... I was thinking! And that's why my "reaction rate" was so slow. At least I didn't blurt out a bunch of other things that I was wondering about at the time.

Not everyone in the world can be a super genius, you know...

Most people can process that sort of information much faster than you demonstrated. I wouldn't have put it past you to do that, too.

You're right. The world's full of the exact opposite or people who can't appreciate knowledge.

[Siiiiigh.] Look, I'm really sorry. I'll try to think faster from now on. How do I do that anyway?

But I do...! Appreciate knowledge, I mean. I just hate studying, that's all.

Yeah, sure.

. . . Then fix it and start liking studying.

How am I supposed to fix that? It's boring...

Now if someone acted it out or gave a demonstration or something like that it might not be so bad. I'm more of a hands-on kinda guy. Books don't really do much for me, no offense.

You can start by finding something that interests you. Material on subjects you like, for one.

Hands-on and demonstration? Like on what?

I do have a few books on swordplay, but...

Oh that's easy! If you want to learn how to fight, you should pick up a sword, find a teacher, and start learning by doing! My dad crafts stuff out of metal - weapons and armor and keycrests and things like that. He used to let me help him out, and I learned a lot more that way than just by listening to him talk about it. ...'Course I did waste a lot of metal by screwing up, but you gotta start somewhere, right?
