On.. a Friday.
Hmm.. that was pretty good, actually. Was supposed to meet up with Sab and Esther just, for dinner and drinks at Timbre. What actually happened: Esther Jio'ded Shirley and Esther, my other Sec sch frnds, along too.. At first.. honestly.. I felt a little shy. I mean, this is someone who's successfully managed to siam most of her school outings/appointments.. and to have it suddenly happen without bidding. .. strange. And ok, a bit scary.
I was late, and they were all there. hello, they all look the same as in school lor? Just a bit more polished, but that was about it.. the little mannerisms that defined them were still there.. Pp and Shirley were the rather reticient sort, but they managed to become RMs.. Esther's studying psychology, a far cry from her Engineering major. Sab's applying what she studied to be an accountant at the brokerage we use, though we don't much liaise with her in our daily work.
So.. we all ended up working in a similar industry, and it seems Sab bumps into our school mates every other day. Hello? so easy to bump one meh? I've never bumped into any can?! Weird. Anyways.. it was fun. Guess my school mates are still.. pretty alright to hang with. :D
