This isn't the intro post I mentioned earlier, more like trying to map out how all the doramas I've watched rate against each other. With pictures! So I suppose it could also work as something to make y'all curious about these

Nobuta really isn't a JE thing. i mean yes, there are two JE boys in it, but the drama holds it own! (i admit it's not perfect and there are some WTF moments in it. but the plot was gooood and the actors did a fabulous job. and i HATE Kame!)
i HAVE to rec a few things, even though i plan on making a post like this soon, i'll leave a few here for you.
Outrageous Women: it's tied for my fav kdrama with Sam-soon and Full House! now it never got popular cause it doesn't have the typical kdrama plot. it's about older people as opposed to your typical Goong type drama. but it's HILARIOUS, and Lee Ki-woo is one of my main korean male crushes!!!
GTO/Gokusen: my top two japanese school dramas. others have tried to be these two and have FAILED.
My Boss My Hero this might have knocked Nobuta out of it's top spot in my heart... but i think they're tied. MBMH is the most HILARIOUS jdrama i think i've ever seen. Nagase is gold in this role! (again yes there are JE boys in it, but it really is A+++)
okay i can't think of anymore cause i'm so sleepy... but there will be a BIG post soon.
oh and i'm with you on The Vineyard Man! that was such a let down. D:

I don't like Kame's face, yeah. But I suppose there's no harm in giving Nobuta a try, even though I'm not feeling too positive - I'm too much of a romcom fluff girl, I guess.
Ooh, I'll def give Outrageous Women a try, though. Something different, neato. I've also heard good things about Gokusen, seems like good fun. MBMH maybe, as well.
I liked the scene where the OTP meets but I couldn't even finish the 3rd episode, I just wanted to fastforward through most of it so yeah, dropped.
