movies of week 46 & miscellany.
1st: Finished Goong. Will re-watch some of it & then do a huuuuge ramble/meta post about it.
2nd: Bones S1 arrived. Good stuff. Both of the episode commentaries were very interesting, ED & DB's one was more of a riot than anything. The creators' commentary on the Pilot, on the other hand, was more of the genuinely interesting kind, but they also had jokes that were surprisingly funny.
3rd: Okay, so last week's films.
Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein
You've got Madhavan. You've got Saif. It's enough to make a disillusioned fan watch the movie but probably not enough into trick them into thinking it's a good movie. Somewhat confused characterizationwise - is Maddy's character a bad boy, a good boy? - and outdated in terms of fashion.. It's quite cheesy and could be enjoyable but mostly just ..isn't. I liked the Tamil original slightly better. It had the benefit of Maddy cuteness (more than this film) and Vivek the comedian.
Boys
I have now officially seen every Siddharth movie available on DVD. I know it's not much but it feels like an accomplishment enough. w00t! Siddy was about the best thing about this film. Nah, that's a lie. The soundtrack (ARR!) was also great. Some of the picturizations were fun/funny. And uhm. It was supposed to have this youthful spirit. Which I guess it at times did. But whatever.

Pyaar Ke Side Effects
Simply & shortly put; it was like a Hollywood romantic comedy if such were good, funny and romantic. This week's most enjoyable watch.
I want to see that Heroes ep that airs tonight soooo bad.
