Hahaha, no, one of the many differences between me & Rowling is that I write a million unhappy/incomplete endings before Rowling writes a happy one.

I first read and loved this when I was nosing around your LJ trying to find out the kind of thing you liked for springtime_gen :). Didn't want to comment in case I gave the game away, so I'm very glad to be reminded of it by thegoldenseeker.

It's absolutely lovely, and for me, it encapsulates their relationship so well. All the hesitations and might have beens, and the intimation that it'll (probably) be all right one day. You really have a talent for saying a lot in very few words!

Thank you! Yeah, I love these two in their hesitations et al, it's somehow more romantic than the Harry/Ginny "we like each other, let's be together!".
