warden filter;
[ Bruce is getting tired to doing Public Service Announcements. Why had he even gotten himself in the first place- oh right. ]
After what Nygma had further revealed and the votes recounted, the verdict is probation. [ Completely neutral. ] If you wish to know what details, you have to ask him yourselves. Suffice to say, they revealed showed that his act is far less premeditated than had first thought.
A point to clear up, since it was widely contested: the fear toxin wasn't injected into Arthas's skull with a needle. Instead, Nygma shot him. The act is less premeditated than driven by fear and anger.
For his punishment, Nygma would be staying in Zero for seven days. His warden item would be removed for the time, and for the next three weeks as well - and kept with me. During the third week, I will be bringing him back to Gotham for a visit to a trusted psychiatrist regarding the incident. [ A thin smile. ] This is a punishment derived partly from Prefect's suggestion - which is agreed on by several - and partly from the Marquis de Sade and Doctor Martha Jones's concerns.
A recommendation for further incidents where a warden's actions are being questioned: if a vote such as this is used again, cast t at least a week later, and have the warden incarcerated in Zero during that intervening time. It gives emotions time to cool and for clear, rational heads to be used- for both the warden in question and everyone else.
Any further questions and objections - other than those regarding the personal details of the incident - can be raised to me. [ Even though he hates it. ] I believe we should give Nygma some time to think while in Zero.
