Today's my last day before Fall semester starts. Here's hoping I'll be able to keep my head above water. Today's also Ari's last day at La Dolce Vita, so that's weird.
Last night, after work, I met Emily, Anna, Abbie, and Emily's fifteen-year-old cousin at Brewer's Alley 'cos ilyAIMY was playing. I ended up having a delicious Caesar salad with salmon and a gin & tonic. I have no idea how much it cost, though, 'cos Abbie was a sneak and paid our check. So nice of her.
I've been worried about what's going to happen with Cris, but things look a little brighter than I'd originally thought after our conversation about the distance last week. I'm going to try as hard as I can to find time to see him more often, if I can. We're both going to be really busy in the fall, so we'll see if it's doable, but hopefully he can't be patient enough to reevaluate things in December.
Anyway, I don't really have a whole lot to talk about. My whole life is pretty much school/work, with some Cris and friends thrown in. Not that I'm complaining, really. I'm pretty excited about school...
