[Kotetsu can be seen, sitting at what looks like a coffee table. He’s without a shirt, and bandages are wrapped here and there obscuring defined, tanned muscles along his chest and arms. His normally well kempt hair is disheveled.
He appears to have just woken up from a long, forced nap.
Damn this place. He lifts a small object from the table.

[He turns the toy on again, the lights and sounds a little comforting.]
He found his way home before we woke up...

[His eyes widen just a little, then he looks down.]
I see. We should be happy for him, then, yes? For it is not as though we lost a friend, but rather, we are saying, 'See you soon.' Isn't that right, Mister Wild?

[He points behind him toward the kitchen, but is quick to refocus on the toy with a sigh.]
"See you," huh? [A faint chuckle.] Yeah, you're right! He'll come back, and we'll just have to be here to welcome him.

[He smiles bright, before looking to the toy and nodding a little.]
Yes! And so we shall keep this place safe until we can all leave together! Hand in hand!

[He's already had several cups himself.]

Indeed! And again, indeed. We shall all leave together, and apologize to Mister Barnaby for being unable to leave with him before.

[He's cheered up a little, but he still can't help but feel selfish at hoping for his partner to come back, when he hated it here so much.]
