Effects: The feeling of being insecure at the beginning, lifting into pride near the end Warnings: Nada! Disclaimer: Set before residents gain knowledge on "dreamwalking"

[Steve watches the dream with a bit of amazement, as it's the first dream he's really good and watched. These Dreamberries were so complicated, he could hardly figure out how to.
But this dream was very interesting, once he got over the wow factor of watching someone else's dream.]
So you're a hero, huh? [Said with more curiosity than anything. What did the boy mean when he said he could hurt people if he touched them?]

[He stiffens at being called a hero, maybe even winces a little. He's happy it's at least a little dark where he sits, the only illumination being that of the Dreamberry's dim screen.]
No... no, no. I'm not a hero! [He laughs a little. Convincing, isn't he?] What gave you that idea?
You know how dreams are... totally made up sometimes.
[He laughs a sort of awkward laugh, the type one would use to brush something off.
But he smiles a warm smile at the next bit.]
Saving and helping people is always goal number one when you're a hero! If I were a hero, I'd want to find a way to help everyone, somehow.
[His job title is "Hero" and he takes it very seriously. It's a shame he doesn't have anything to conceal his identity in Somarium yet, however unnecessary it might be. It's not like anyone here even knows who Wild Tiger is, anyway.]
[Obviously this guy was bent on denying he was a hero. But...he couldn't really be talking, himself.
He nods, giving Kotetsu a grin in return.]
You don't have to be anything special to be a hero, you know. You could probably still help people in more ways than you realize. [Just a thought, more than anything. And really, he should be talking to himself. He had been so bent on joining the army, all that time ago, when there probably were important things he could have done without doing so. But he was so bent and determined to join the war effort. Not that he regretting his actions. Not at all. He was, and is, just too stubborn to realize he could have been a "hero", even without being in the army.]
I couldn't agree more! Anyone can be a hero, if they really want to be. They just need to do something good, even if that something is small.
[He grins, and he sounds more than just a little enthusiastic.
He loves talking about this kind of stuff. It's his motto, really. Helping people is what he's always wanted to do with his powers, and even if he's not that popular, and destroys a building here or there, he still does it for the greater good.]

Saving people, putting your life on the line. I agree, that's what makes a hero. [Not that he'll ever call himself one, of course.]

You got that right. [He can't help but give the guy a grin now.] But you're sure you're not one, right?

Well, I enjoy helping people, so I guess you can say that I'm just your regular, everyday hero.

Nothing wrong with that. I'm a soldier, myself.
