update
hello lovely, once again my attempt to stay connected via the internet had failed. i know shame on me, anyways i thought i would just highlight some recent events:
1. spice girls concert = amazing, however the journey there was quite...um...scary, especially the part involving me getting kicked off a bus by a random highway in new jersey and crossing 4 lanes of traffic on order to find out where the hell we where, but the concert was well worth and i would do it a hundred times over
2. NYC, yes i visited the big apple. i even went to a broadway show, spring awakening, which was fantastic, despite my nearly frostbitten feet. oh, i drank pure melted chocolate with chili pepper, 'twas yummy. i also bought fancy jeans and visited the MOMA, which was honestly one of the most exhilarating events of my life. my pulse actually quickended and i felt my stomach in my throat when i stood in front of picasso's Les Demoiselles d'Avignon...gah, im such a dork
3. hell week, one of bryn mawr's cornerstone traditions, which i thankfully survived nearly unscathed. i snuck into the bell tower, lead a parade, bawled my eyes out at bedtime stories, got tried for being too friendly, and lip-synched to the spice girls infront of hundreds of people (you can check out the video on facebook)
4. spring break! im home, yay! so tonight cristina and i went to see penelope which was adorable, i loved it. i only wish i could find a boy just like james mcavoy, then life would be perfect. oh, so the strangest thing happend whilst leaving the theater, cristina and i were driving down 280 and this white car with missouri plates pulls up next to us and the boys inside make a fuss and honk their horn, and im like wtf!?! so i pass them and get infront of them, and they then go to the other side of my car. cristina then rolls down the window and asks them what and this guy in an orange beanie says where are you going, cristina tells him the summit and i freak out and quickly get in the turn lane for target, and they pass. cristina says that i missed a golden opprtunity and i lost the ability to interact with boys because of bryn mawr...what do you think?
5. i am seeing vampire weekend and the walkmen on monday. im so excited. details shall follow.
