Not a problem to add Monaco (name?), since I gotta go back in there and edit it anyway. I'll break it up into smaller pieces, then, too.
As for the rest of AHHHH IDKKKKK, it's just three instances of "Okay, these guys are cousins, but I don't know which of their parents are siblings."
•Russia's parents and Poland's parents •Hungary's parents and Finland's parents •Nordics' grandparents and Germans' grandparents (because they're second-cousins)
Because of differences of last names, the only possible combination ruled out is that the fathers are brothers (e.g., Finland's dad obviously isn't siblings with Hungary's dad, but he could be with her mom. Or vice versa. Or their both of their mothers could be siblings), but it's not terribly important to figuring out who goes where, unless some Deep Dark Family Secret relates them to someone else. ;D
There's some "When did this person live/die and what was his/her name" among the grandparents and great-grandparents, but it's silly to worry about that, and I think "Grandmother LastName" works just fine.
-The General's sister is Poland's mother, so she married Lukasiewicz. -Hungary's father's sister is Finland's mother, she married a Väinämöinen. -Grandpa Beilschmidt's sister married an Oxensterina.
