why is it that the nicer the bed is in a hotel, the shittier service they have? if you have a pillow-top mattress, you can expect not to have free breakfast and to have to pay $10 a day for internet access. the only thing that grows in quality parallel to the bed is the shampoo and conditioner. if you have a shitty bed, you can expect that instead of the shampoo and conditioner being seperate, they will be grouped into a pathetic attempt to fool you that they call "conditioning shampoo." don't believe them. it is a lie.
