Alien Disco Safari
I had the best idea for a story today. It'd be centered around a Hogwartz-like school of magic, but for kids with behavioral problems. It'd be called Mugwump's Polymagick University for the Supernaturally Gifted and the Ethically Challenged. It'd star a stupid, surly but ambitious trouble-maker who steals the dean's wand (or something), and through dumb luck, manages to stage a sort of coup. It'll be awesome.
I also had an interview with Best Buy today that I think went fairly well. I might be working in the stockroom, I might be doing DVDs/CDs/video games, I might be doing appliances, I might be doing customer service. Whatever, as long as I'm paid. I'm sure it won't be too bad working there. It'd be like that movie, the 40-Year-Old Virgin, except I'd be nineteen years younger with a few nights of awkward pity-sex under my belt.
