Feeling good. thoughts are straightening out.
I need to start being nicer to my body. number 1 on the list needs to be get more sleep. next is eating better. and then maybe some walking/running. it's like a viscous cycle. I don't have any energy to exercise but to get energy I need to exercise. Oh the life.
I'm going to New York in a couple weeks..well more like 11ish days. It will be nice to see everyone and reconnect. I miss them. my homies.
