I got your package today -- I mean, like ten minutes ago. I haven't had time yet, obviously, to give it the attention it deserves, but I think I can say for now that you. are. amazing. Thank you! (I think the appropriate word for my heart right now is "giddy".)
(Also: a) I like that I am wearing stripes in the picture; I am always wearing stripes. b) I like that you draw your tattoos in your self-portraits. (I don't know why you wouldn't, but it made me smile.) Okay. I will probably send you the ridiculous card tomorrow, after I've listened to the mix.)
EDIT: And I like that you (I mean, I assume it was you) also fix typos in books.
Maybe you don't have dreams very often because your dreams (as you describe them) are so incredibly awesome that your psyche couldn't take that amount of REM-adventuring on a regular basis.
... This morning the only bit I remember was that I was in a natural food store that looked a lot like how I imagined Luna Lovegood's house in HP:7, and there were ravens and magpies in cages, and I was talking to them, and they talked back to me.
(I'm dreaming of corvids! Maybe I should pick up my crow story again.)
I still have your NaNo manuscript from...let's see...2008! (Your handwriting really is almost illegible sometimes.) It's about fifty pages; I'd forgotten you got that far. It is almost entirely set-up and character introduction, though. Still can't tell where the plot was headed.

Yeah, I do! They're distracting.
I'm so glad you got it today, and that everything apparently got through the mail undamaged. Case Dismissed!
