Hello! This is going to be a VERY quick first post, but I promise you'll get more details later. So why the speed? Well, I just joined a gym last week, and today's my little introductory thing where a trainer shows me how not to lose any favored extremities. I'm so excited. I'm waiting for my pants to dry, and then I'm off to kick butt!
