A can of diet ravioli (not too terrible for you, very yummy - if you like ther regular Chef Boyardee stuff, you'll like it. Just watch the sodium, as with all canned goodies)
Two oranges
Some movie popcorn with butter >_<
A mini Baybel Light cheese wheel
A small handful of (about seven) almonds
A nutrigrain bar
3/4 cup of orange juice

I didn't count the calories burned, but...
Ten minutes on the treadmill
Twenty minutes on the treadclimber thing
Ten minutes on the bike
The insides of my thighs huuuurt. But at least it means I'm doing something.
