Food:
I made a little chicken salad with a chicken breast, a tablespoon and a half of reduced fat mayo, and a handful of Crasins. I know they're sugary, but they made the food really, really tasty, I wanted to throw in some nuts for protein, but we didn't have any.
A cup and a half of milk
Two white-meat chicken tacos - no sour cream!
A cup of Cheerios, the plain old regular kind
Another half a cup of milk

I cheated and looked at the scale in the house and saw some results, but I won't share ANYTHING until I check Ye Officialle Gymme Scale, or whatever I'm calling it. (But if you have to know, I'm feeling a little encouraged.)
Also, you know what? Since I started this journal, I haven't had a single soda. Nothing. I drink water, milk, and the occasional fruit juice. I take No-Doz tablets (like one) for work sometimes since I'm up at the asscrack of dawn, but other than that, I'm really excited. I've also had no candy, except those little fruit gummies. Do those count? Hmm, I think they might.
I'm not on a diet. I'm not on a diet! Did you read that last post of mine where I'm wigging out about cheats? Shut up, Whitney! You'll psych yourself out with that kind of talk! You're making better choices and trying new things and having fun. You're not on a diet!
(Whew. When I get fixated that I'm giving something up or sacrificing, I get a little freaked out and hold myself to impossible standards. I'm not going to eat like members of

. Not happening. And I'm not going to convince myself that every imperfect meal is a failure. Because that kind of thinking? Genuinely will drive me to eat a tub of frosting. The end. ^_^)
