I broke 160 this morning. I'm at 168.2. I know I'll probably be right back up again before I'm back here to lose more especially since I was sick yesterday, but the breaking of 160 is a momentous occasion.
Also I didn't do too badly on the calories yesterday. I had airpopped popcorn and kale chips for dinner which is a carbo load but way low in calories. I call that a decent compromise.
this morning I'm going to that Vertical Fitness studio I mentioned before. they are having a fundraiser for a local women's shelter. And they are going to offer short classes of trx, yoga, aerial silks, and martial arts. This is the Perfect time for me to test drive trx and silks! So I'm hauling my ass up there for the 8am start time.
