Weekly Update Reminder

I'm back briefly from a work trip. I'm leaving soon for another. Please check in with us when you can.
Here's my confession: I've been traveling all week and I've be required to eat out several times a day with clients. That's bad enough. BUT in addition to eating out, when I did, I ate my face off. I had dessert every day. I must stop the madness this coming week. Wish me luck.
