I am feeling WONDERFUL!
Today is amazing! Very sunny and gorgeous. I made some more infusion last night to drink today, and I picked up one new herb at one of the health food stores here in Port Alberni (along with some other organic goodies!). Now my infusion contains Red Raspberry Leaf, Stinging Nettle, and Alfalfa Leaf! Soon to be added to my

I REALLY want a baby sling or some sort of wrap carrying thing. I have this neat corduroy thing called a Snugli, but I want a more intimate carrier too. Pica was talking before about making one for me, but I am unsure as to whether or not she is still aiming for that.
I have some clothes. Let's see if I can remember what I have...
With me I have:
-super cute red full body long johns!
-train stripped overalls
-another pair of overalls
-a pink sleeper
-three pairs of socks
-a pair of leotards
-a jumper (long sleeves and pants, all one piece)
-little shoes Fleecy croteched for me in near-dark in about 30 minutes!!! (these won't fit for a bit though)

Then I have some stuff that I left at a friend's place who moved to Jasper, so I am assuming he left it at his parent's place in Duncan, and have heard he is coming back in December for Christmas, so possibly I can connect with him and get the stuff them. In this stuff I have:
-a 12 month old white onesie with pink bunnies on it!
-two 6 month old onsies

I think that is it for what I have so far. That was fun, listing all the things I have so far, it's nice to see them all like that. So yeah, I am not sure what I will need, the whole first baby thing, ya know? Inexperienced and such. lol. I think I will need many clothes though, as I have heard that babies dirty up their clothes nicely.

Oh, Christa and I put my toque in the wash with her clothes because I did not think that there was wool in it, but it turned out there was as it shrunk, and so we put it in the dryer and felted it!!! It is perfect baby size! How cool is that!? Haha. Yay.
I am really wanting to have more earthy things for baby, like home-made and natural fibers. That is what I ideally am looking for. So I will see what I have time/energy/ability to make after I finish crocheting this sleeper. ^^ It is still very much in the early stages of development, and I am not pro or anything, so I don't really know what I am doing, I am just doing it and seeing if it works. ^^ I have never been one for patterns. ^^
