so yeah my favorite hockey team just lost in over time. but the avalanche will win the next one. we just need to attack the net more in the third period. if we would have done that we could have scored another goal. but we will make the right adjustments and come out strong in game 4

the nba is full of scandle. players are always on the news for doing something rong. ill give you the last ten seconds of a game thing but only in college basketball. in the nba, the players are getting paid millions of dollars that the players in college basketball dont get. in the tourney for college basketball the players play because they love the game and thats it. they are taking time away from their schooling to do something very time consuming with out any money. in the nba players are always holding out for more money. they play because they want money. yeah there is alot of drama but you cant tell me that every second is filled with drama. i would give you the last 3 minutes of the game. so thats 3 minutes out of 48 or 6% or the game. now lets look at hockey. the reason it isnt as popular as basketball is because of its availbility to the general public. in california, there are very few rinks. in L.A. you can find a basketball hoop almost anywhere. so basically people that dont like hockey havent really experienced it. the stanley cup playoffs are 2 monthes long and a team could play a game very two nights and they usually do. in hockey players constantly give put their physical health second to winning the cup. the injuries that the players play through in hockey way out weighs what basketball players go through. the talent need to be a good hockey player is so much greater that a basketball players talent. i would like to see a player from an nba team stop 100 mph shots. i would like see them try and score a goal against martin brodeur or osgood.

but whats more exciting than a game winnin shot with 10 seconds to go?... how about a 0-0 game that goes into 3rd overtime and the game winning goal wins the cup. every second of overtime is drama. if they play 3 overtimes, thats 50% of the game. even if they play 1 overtime, thats still 25% of the game is drama.
