Weight is a little higher than I'd like, but thankfully it's just an amateur exhibition match, so close enough. Come August I'll be very close to my pro-weight (if I stay on schedule, 210lbs.), so it will be easier to get down to my Light-Heavy status (which is 205lbs. or for USCKF, Super-Heavy which ends at 207lbs.)
Had slight scare yesterday when I found out I didn't have my workout bag with me, realizing I had left it at the Mint Hill School on Monday (or actually, outside). After class I swung by and checked and it was inside by the door (meaning one of the other guys probably brought it in, domo arigato.)
No more working out or dieting til after tournament. Staying loose, staying fast, not eating too heavy, but I balance out calories.
I want to meet two conditions for my fight:
1) Win; obviously
2) Utilize good Wing Chun; not good enough if I end up just being better at "Boxing-esque" or whatever.
