Day 18: This was my idea, right?

Conditioning and training are going well, as is the change of eating habits and diet. It's not that bad, but tonight I have seen Hell and thy name be "jumping knee-up burpees" as a 10-min circuit.

For this, you squat down, kick your legs back out, do an explosive push-up, bring the feet back in, explode up in a jumping squat, and lift your knees and touch your elbows in mid-air. You do this as fast as you can for 1 minute, then you shadowbox for 1 minute...then you return to this exercise, rinse repeat. Until 10 minutes of utter hell has passed.

And this is at the end of the working out, so you're already tired from other things...not to mention after this is when we start actually training our skills.

Also today is a "low-calorie" day in the cyclic dieting, so I have less reserves to call upon.

Anyhow, tomorrow I get to do only an hour of aerobic exercise before I train hard again on Saturday.
