Y'know, for kids!

With the Halloween season coming around, it's time to break out the Star Wars costumes. No, not the screen-accurate projects you spent months working on; I mean the cheapo ones that only vaguely resemble the character they're supposed to represent. They're ubiquitous; you can't pass a Wal*Mart Halloween display without seeing a Boba Fett costume made of polyester and padding or a Chewbacca suit that's basically a fur coat from the 60's.

What is the point of this, you may ask? Well...

I mean, what the hell? This costume is basically evidence of Murphy's law - everything that can go wrong will go wrong. And it certainly did with this.

There is no excuse for this. Besides CN and Lucasfilm cashing in.

Now, I will admit that I do like the hat. It's almost to scale. Almost. But geez, what a monstrosity of a costume. They didn't even give the poor kid the right pants. The breathing tubes look like big metal pipes bolted to his cheeks and -- Oh my god! Bane's really human, after all!

I guess one shouldn't expect real quality on a Mr. B costume - I mean, look at how they treated Jabba. But, come on! Even some proper pants? Boots? An alibi?
