New Promo + Republic Heroes news (kinda sorta new-old)
You can currently find it at CN's website, though I stress that anyone outside of the US can't view it. Yet, anyways, hopefully someone on YouTube will have it up in a day or two. Also: Scroll through the clips to find a new short promo video for Season 2 of The Clone Wars. (from Force.net as well)
I have to admit, the random posing/posturing by Bane and co. seems rather Vogueish to me.
And from Force.net, a quick tidbit of info for 'Clone Wars: Republic Heroes' (coming to every single current-gen gaming platform known to mankind):
The choice was actually pretty easy! We’ve got 8 playable Jedi, including favorites from the series like Anakin, Ahsoka, Obi-Wan, Mace and even new Jedi like Aayla Secura and Luminra Unduli. We’ve also got 9 clone characters, six favorites from the show, and four of which are being introduced for the first time in Republic Heroes. We’ve also included everyone’s favorite season one bounty hunter, Cad Bane, as a playable character.
Interesting new twist. Wonder under what circumstances he becomes playable, though he does play a bit of a big role in the game (from here):
KW: How does he fit into the game's storyline?
VK: Bane becomes involved in the story when he inadvertently hijacks precious cargo from the game’s main villain, Kul Teska. The cargo he steals is something so powerful, that both the Jedi and Kul Teska must race to recover it!
So he's gonna go up against a Mega Man reject? Awwwwww yeah.
