The glow of a computer monitor is reflected in Otacon's glasses as his eyes scan the screen in front of him. The readout on it displays that files are being transferred. The process finishes and Hal pulls a flash drive out of the computer's USB port, slipping it into his coat pocket. He moves the mouse, clicks it a few times, and a window opens up onscreen to notify him that his files are being deleted. Hal then shuts off the computer, waiting until the screen goes fully black before rising from his seat and slipping out of the room.
He blinks into the bright hallway light. Pats the pocket at his side and starts to walk away, whistling to himself as he goes.]
