[Snake was standing on the rooftops, staring up at the sky. For unknown reasons, it was raining. He couldn't logically get his head around that, since weather didn't seem to exist here, but he could feel the cold wetness dampen his body, soaking his hair. It was very real to him. [She didn't feel like walking.]

[Through rain, up steps, over faces, across rooftops... doesn't matter. Mama's ridden on all kinds of terrain in her lifetime. So it doesn't really strike her as odd when she suddenly bursts through the door to the roof on her (Triumph!) motorcycle.]

[Upon spotting her eldest son in the rain, she sighs and cuts the engine. EVA dismounts from her bike, and calmly walks over to the railing of the roof- a few feet away from Snake.]

[Not that the quiet seemed to matter anymore. Mama made her presence pretty clear when she was three floors down. Snake had heard the engine, but he remained still, waiting for the woman to approach him.]

[When his ears twinged enough to hear the engine stop, he finally lifted his head to glance over at his mother. He gave her a quick glimpse over, before resting his palms on the rest railings.]

[Snake quickly gave a mute nod, his eyes fixed on the sight of his mother standing closeby. He held back from touching her shoulder, or acknowledging her through actions, and instead, he spoke quietly.]
