[Huey was a doctor, a scientist and an engineer. He was a man of great power when it came to knowledge of how technology worked. He could assess how an object could be compiled just by looking at it. It was a nifty trait to possess, especially in this world he was now living in, away from home and swamped by 21st century gadgets. Advances in technology had taken him some time to adjust to, but none of it was far from his depiction of what the future would be like. He was truly living in his vision, and now that he was no longer needed to create a Metal Gear, he was focusing his plans elsewhere.]

[Inside his lab were various posters pinned up on the walls of the human anatomy. Notes had been scribbled in a heated scrawl in order to overcome the complexities of his problematic life as a paraplegic. He cursed his father, naturally, for being born this way, but he also found a source of bitter-sweet relief by being succumb to this forced lifestyle. As weak as his spine and legs were, his spirit was strong. He had a backbone and wasn't afraid of anything or anyone. He was far from a pushover, and in knowing everything he did about his future, he was going to reshape it in this building. He would "walk tall" among his comrades and enemies, no matter the cost.]

[Huey was working in the dark, aside from the green LED lights beeping from the monitor of his outdated computer. He wore a pair of rubber gloves and thick, plastic goggles over his glasses to protect his already waning vision from any electric charges that might surface from his experiment. A spark ignited the room as he created a circuit with a battery and a voltage charge. Wires connected it together. On closer inspection, it seemed to represent a human spine. Each "vertebra" were joined in the center and, with rewiring, the miniature light bulb illuminated his pale face.]

[The doctor smiled thinly.]
