okay, an explanation:
So, yesterday, my locker partner, Natalie, couldn't get her book into her shelf in the locker. So, she used great force and shoved it in there. *BAM/SMASH/SQUSH* "There," she said "Got it... oh no. There was a banana in there!" So, naturally, being the brunette who should be blonde, she leaves it in there til the next day; today. So, as we go to our locker after French class, i open the locker and look into my shelf. I then promptly scream: "EW!!!! OMIGOD! EW EW EW EW THAT IS THE GROSSEST THING I'VE EVER SEEN!!!!" The banana peel has wended its way down between the shelves and is sticking halfway into my shelf. Also, to make matters horrendously worse, there is sticky, brown, rotten banana goo dripping down the wall of the locker. As we had to go to our next classes, we didn't have time to clean it up. Not cleaning it up=big mistake! So, after school, we return to the locker only to find the sticky, brown, rotten banana goo has run down the back wall of the locker. NASTY. Really really disgusting. So, as we begin to take our books out of the locker, we realize they too are covered in goo. i threw away the cute pink book cover from my math book, did the best to wipe off my english book, and threw away half of one of my math notebooks. Then, i attempted to wipe off my math worksheet, which was stuck to my other notebook. Won't that be a treat to turn in? Anyway, so then, after we have emptied our shelves,(we will disinfect tomorrow morning), i grab my jacket, only to find that sticky, brown, rotten banana goo has dripped onto it. My dry clean only letter jacket now smells like rotten banana and is all sticky.
That was the longest post ever. To conclude, today was not my day.
