Things i have learned today:
It makes much better tea when you you use hot water instead of cold.
I feel much better when my monitor is raised so that i do not have to hunch in my chair to look straight at it.
Feta cheese is lovely. (Actually this was a lesson from lunch yesterday)
Clean your phone! (Hand sanitizer works well)
Sticky notes remember things for you. If you set something down, put a sticky on it to remember why it's on your desk (This has been an ongoing lesson at work)
